Instructions for Treating Mould and Mildew Using TECcare in Void Properties

TECcare Control and Ultra is proven to Clean, disinfect and deodorize surfaces and air by killing odour causing microorganisms and mould and mildew.

When used as directed at a 1:256 dilution, TECcare CONTROL contains 660 ppm of active germicide, making it highly effective against a wide variety (broad spectrum) of pathogenic microorganisms including bacteria, antibiotic resistant bacteria, viruses, fungi, mould and mildew.

TECcare CONTROL and ULTRA will effectively inhibit the growth of mold and mildew (Aspergillus niger) and the odours caused by them when applied to surfaces.

STEP 1

Inspect the property for mould and mildew

STEP 2

Ventilate by opening windows in each room and remove wet items (carpets, etc)

STEP 3

Fill your sprayer with 5 litres of cold water

STEP 4

Add two full chambers (56ml) of TECcare Ultra to the container. Simply take off the green cap and squeeze the bottle until the chamber is full. NOTE – Do not remove the red cap, this is for filling purposes in production.

STEP 5

Shake the container and pump your sprayer to create pressure

STEP 6

Spray directly onto the areas of mould from 6 inches ensuring the surface is wet. Before exiting the room, go to the furthest point from the door and spray the air, walking backwards out of the room.

STEP 7

Wait a minimum of 15 minutes

STEP 8

Wipe off the mould with Efface Wipes
